لاَ يَرْقُبُونَ فِي مُؤْمِنٍ إِلاًّ وَلاَ ذِمَّةً وَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُعْتَدُونَ
English Transliteration: Lea yarkuboona fee mu'minin illan va lea zimmah(zimmatan), va uleaika humul mu'tadoon(mu'tadoona).
They do not respect either kinship (ties of relationship) nor covenant towards the believers (they do not pay back the believers). It is they who are the transgressors.
