وَإِذَا كَالُوهُمْ أَو وَّزَنُوهُمْ يُخْسِرُونَ
English Transliteration: Va izea kealoohum av vazanoohum yuhsiroon(yuhsiroona).
And when they measure out to others or weight out for them, they are deficient (they give less than its due).
