مَا كَانَ لِنَبِيٍّ أَن يَكُونَ لَهُ أَسْرَى حَتَّى يُثْخِنَ فِي الأَرْضِ تُرِيدُونَ عَرَضَ الدُّنْيَا وَاللّهُ يُرِيدُ الآخِرَةَ وَاللّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ
English Transliteration: Mea keana li nabiyyin an yakoona lahoo asrea haattea yushına feel aard(aardı), tureedoona aaraadaad dunyea, vaalleahu yureedul eahiraah(eahiraata), vaalleahu aazeezun haakeem(haakeemun).
It is not (appropriate) for a Nebî (prophet) that he should take captives unless he has fought and triumphed definitely in the land. You desire the frail goods of the world, and Allah desires the Hereafter. And Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.
