« Verse-41 »
وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلّهِ خُمُسَهُ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ إِن كُنتُمْ آمَنتُمْ بِاللّهِ وَمَا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَى عَبْدِنَا يَوْمَ الْفُرْقَانِ يَوْمَ الْتَقَى الْجَمْعَانِ وَاللّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
English Transliteration: Vaa'lamoo annamea gaanimtum min shay'in fa anna lilleahi humusahu va lir rasooli va li zeel kurbea val yateamea val maseakeeni vabnis sabeeli in kuntum eamantum billeahi va mea anzalnea aalea aabdinea yavmal furkeani yavmattakaal cam'eani, vaalleahu aalea kulli shay'in kaadeer(kaadeerun).
And know that whatever you take as bounty of war, a fifth of it is for Allah and for the Messenger and for his near of kin and the orphans and the needy and the traveler, if you believe in Allah and in that which We sent down to our servant, on the day of Discernment (the Criterion between right and wrong, Furqân), and the day when the two forces met. And Allah has Power over all things.
