« Verse-23 »
وَلَوْ عَلِمَ اللّهُ فِيهِمْ خَيْرًا لَّأسْمَعَهُمْ وَلَوْ أَسْمَعَهُمْ لَتَوَلَّواْ وَّهُم مُّعْرِضُونَ
English Transliteration: Va lav aalimaalleahu fee him haayraan la asmaaahum, va lav asmaaahum la tavallav va hum mu'ridoon (mu'ridoona).
And if Allah had known of any good in them (the deaf and the dumb, who are not mindful), He would have made them hear. And if He makes them hear, they would still have turned away, while they were refusing.
