أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ
English Transliteration: Alea yaa’lamu man haalaak(haalaakaa), va huval laateeful haabeer(haabeeru).
Would not the Creator know (what He created)? And He is the Most Kind, the All-Aware.
