أَسْكِنُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ سَكَنتُم مِّن وُجْدِكُمْ وَلَا تُضَارُّوهُنَّ لِتُضَيِّقُوا عَلَيْهِنَّ وَإِن كُنَّ أُولَاتِ حَمْلٍ فَأَنفِقُوا عَلَيْهِنَّ حَتَّى يَضَعْنَ حَمْلَهُنَّ فَإِنْ أَرْضَعْنَ لَكُمْ فَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ وَأْتَمِرُوا بَيْنَكُم بِمَعْرُوفٍ وَإِن تَعَاسَرْتُمْ فَسَتُرْضِعُ لَهُ أُخْرَى
English Transliteration: Askinoo hunna min haaysu sakantum min vucdikum va lea tudearroohunna li tudaayyikoo aalayhinn(aalayhinna), va in kunna uleati haamlin fa anfikoo aalayhinna haattea yadaa’na haamla hunn(hunna), fa in ardaa’na lakum fa eatoohunna ucoora hunn(hunna), va’tamiroo baynakum bi maa’roof(maa’roofin), va in taeasartum fa sa turdıu lahoo uhrea.
Lodge them where you lodge according to your means, and do not harm them in order that you may straiten them; and if they are loaded (pregnant), then spend on them (give their allowances) until they lay down their burden (until birth). And then if they suckle for you, give them their due payment. And meet with each another on a most reasonable basis and if you experience any difficulties, then you shall have him suckle another (woman).
