اتَّخَذُوا أَيْمَانَهُمْ جُنَّةً فَصَدُّوا عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ إِنَّهُمْ سَاء مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
English Transliteration: Ittahaazoo aymeanahum cunnatan fa saaddoo aan sabeelilleah(sabeelilleahi), innahum seaa mea keanoo yaa’maloon(yaa’maloona).
They took their oaths a shelter, thus they diverted (and made others divert) from the Way of Allah. Surely evil is that which they have done.
