Surah Al-An'am
6/Al-An'am-1: Al haamdu lilleahillazee haalaakaas sameaveati val aardaa va caaalaz zulumeati van noor(nooraa), summallazeena kafaroo bi raabbihim yaa’diloon(yaa’diloona)., 6/Al-An'am-2: Huvallazee haalaakaakum min teenin summa kaadea acalea(acalan), va acalun musamman indahu summa antum tamtaroon(tamtaroona)., 6/Al-An'am-3: Va huvaalleahu fees sameaveati va feel aard(aardı), yaa’lamu sırraakum va cahrakum va yaa’lamu mea taksiboon(taksiboona).
Al-An'am, Surah The Cattles (Qur'an: Surat-6-Al-An'am)
Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem
6/Al-An'am-1:
All praise is due to Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth and originated the tyranny and the glory. Yet those who disbelieve set up equals (other things) with their Lord.
6/Al-An'am-2:
He it is Who has created you from clay, then has decreed a term. And there is Ecel-i Müsemma (the end which the time and the space are determined) with Him. Yet still you doubt.
6/Al-An'am-3:
And He is Allah in the heavens and in the earth. He knows what you conceal and what you reveal, and He knows what you earn.
6/Al-An'am-4:
And never a Verse comes to them from the Verses of their Lord, but they turn aside from it.
6/Al-An'am-5:
So they have indeed denied the truth when it came to them. But there will come to them the news of what they used to mock at.
6/Al-An'am-6:
Do they not consider how many generations We have destroyed before them, whom We had placed in the earth as We have not placed you. And We sent on them abundant rain from the sky. And We made the rivers to flow under them. But We destroyed them on account of their sins, raised up after them other generations.
6/Al-An'am-7:
And even if We had sent down to you a writing on a paper, and they even had touched it with their hands, certainly those who disbelieve would have said: “This is nothing but clear magic”.
6/Al-An'am-8:
And they said: “Why has an angel not been sent down to him”? And had We sent down an angel, the matter would have certainly been finished. Then they shall not have been given time.
6/Al-An'am-9:
And if We had made him an angel, We would certainly have made him (in the from of) a man. And We would certainly have made them doubtful (again) on what they already doubt.
6/Al-An'am-10:
And certainly Messengers before you were also mocked at. But that at which they scoffed encompassed the scoffers among them.
6/Al-An'am-11:
Say: “Travel in the land. Then see what the end of the rejecters was”.
6/Al-An'am-12:
Say: “To whom belongs what is in the heavens and the earth”? Say: “To Allah everything belongs. He has prescribed Mercy on Himself. Most certainly He will gather you together on the Doomsday in which there is no doubt”. Those who have failed their souls, they do not believe.
6/Al-An'am-13:
To Him belongs whatever dwells in the night and the day. He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
6/Al-An'am-14:
Say: “Shall I take as a Walî (friend) any other than Allah, Originator of the heavens and the earth? And it is He who feeds and is not fed”. Say: “Verily, I am commanded to be the first who is submitted, and not be of the associators”.
6/Al-An'am-15:
Say: “Surely, if I rebel against my Lord, I fear the torment of a Mighty Day”.
6/Al-An'am-16:
On that Day (day of Permission) whoever is averted from that (torment), indeed (Allah) has been Merciful to him. And this is a Manifest Salvation.
6/Al-An'am-17:
If Allah allows a calamity touch you, there is none to take it off but He. If He allows a goodness touch you, then He has Power over all things.
6/Al-An'am-18:
He is the Conqueror (only champion) over His servants, and He is All-Wise, All-Knowing.
6/Al-An'am-19:
Say: “What thing is greater in testimony”? Say: “Allah is Witness between me and you. This Qur'ân has been revealed to me that with it I may warn you and whomsoever it may reach. Do you really bear witness that there are other gods along with Allah”? Say: “I do not bear witness”. Say: “He is only One God. Surely I am clear of that which you associate with”.
6/Al-An'am-20:
Those whom We have given the Book recognize him as they recognize their sons. Those who do not believe have failed their souls.
6/Al-An'am-21:
Who is more tyrant than he who forges a lie against Allah or belies His Verses? Verily, He does not have the wrongdoers attain Salvation.
6/Al-An'am-22:
And on that Day We shall gather them together, then say to those who associated others: “Where are your associates whom you used to assume”?
6/Al-An'am-23:
There will then be no Fitnah (mischief, excuse) for them but to say: “By Allah, our Lord, we never were associators”.
6/Al-An'am-24:
See! How they lied against themselves. What they forged has passed away from them.
6/Al-An'am-25:
And amongst them whoever listens to you; We have put veils over their hearts lest they understand it (for them not to understand) and there is heaviness in their ears. And even if they see every verse they do not believe in it. Even when they come to you they argue (struggle) with you. Those who disbelieve say: “This is nothing else than the tales of the ancients.
6/Al-An'am-26:
And they prohibit from it (from reaching Allah and Hidayet) and they (themselves) stay away (turn away) from it (Hidayet). They do not bring destruction upon anyone but themselves, yet they do not perceive (aware of it).
6/Al-An'am-27:
If you could see when they are made to stop over the Fire! Then they said: “Oh we wish we could be sent back, then we would not deny the Verses of our Lord, and we would be of the believers!
6/Al-An'am-28:
No, but what they concealed before has been explained to them. And if they were sent back, they would certainly go back to that which they were forbidden. And most surely they are truly liars.
6/Al-An'am-29:
And they said: “Our life is nothing but this world, and we shall not be raised (again)”.
6/Al-An'am-30:
And if could you see when they are made to stand before their Lord. (Allah) said: “Is not this the truth”? They said: “Yes, verily, by our Lord”! Allah said: “Taste then the torment because of what you denied”.
6/Al-An'am-31:
Those who denied their Meeting with Allah (those who denied having their spirits reach Allah before death, while they are living) have fallen into loss. When the Hour comes on them suddenly, bearing upon their backs their burdens (sins), they say: “Alas for us that we exceeded the limit there (in the world)”. Surely evil is that which they bear, is it not?
6/Al-An'am-32:
The life of this world is nothing but play and amusement. Certainly the abode of the Hereafter is better for those who have piety. Do you still not use your minds?
6/Al-An'am-33:
We know indeed that what they say certainly grieves you. But surely they do not belie you. Nevertheless the wrongdoers are fighting against the Verses of Allah.
6/Al-An'am-34:
And certainly; Messengers before you were also denied. But they were patient on being denied and persecuted until Our Help came to them. And there is none to alter the Words of Allah. And verily already there has come to you (some) of the news of the Messengers that were sent.
6/Al-An'am-35:
If their turning away is hard on you, then, if you can, ask an opening to go down into the depth of the earth or a ladder to the sky. So that brings them a verse (miracle)! If Allah had willed, He could have gathered them all together on Guidance. Therefore be not of the ignorant.
6/Al-An'am-36:
Only those who hear respond (to the invitation). And Allah raises the dead (the hearing named Sem’i that is dead, the understanding named Fu’âd that is dead, the sight named Basar that is dead). Then to Him they are returned (the spirit is made to return to Allah by the help of the religious guide).
6/Al-An'am-37:
And they said: “Why has not a sign been sent down to him from his Lord”? Say: “Surely Allah is Omnipotent to send down a miracle (verse)”. And yet most of them do not know.
6/Al-An'am-38:
There is not a moving creature on earth, nor a bird that flies with its two wings, but are communities like you. We have neglected nothing in the Book. Then to their Lord they will be gathered.
6/Al-An'am-39:
Those who deny Our Verses are deaf and dumb in the darkness. Whom Allah wills He leaves in Misguidance. And whom He wills He puts them on the Sıratı Mustakîm (the Path that delivers to Allah).
6/Al-An'am-40:
(O Muhammad!) Say (to the associators): “Did you see yourselves (your state, your powerlessness as deaf and dumb denying the verses of Allah in darkness)? If the torment of Allah should overtake you or the Hour (Doomsday) should come upon you, will you call on others besides Allah, if you are truthful”?
6/Al-An'am-41:
Nay! Him you call upon (and beg). So He clears away that for which you pray if He wills and you forget what you associate.
6/Al-An'am-42:
And certainly We sent (Messengers) to nations (communities) before you. Then We seized them with distress and affliction in order that they might implore.
6/Al-An'am-43:
Yet would it not be better if they implored with humility when Our affliction came to them? But their hearts hardened. Satan embellished to them that which they used to do.
6/Al-An'am-44:
Then, when they forgot that with which they had been reminded (admonished), We opened for them the gates of all things, until, when they rejoiced in what they were given. When We seized them suddenly, then lo! They were in utter despair.
6/Al-An'am-45:
So the people that committed wrong (tyranny) were eliminated. All praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
6/Al-An'am-46:
(O Muhammad) say (to the associators): “Have you seen (have you understood your helplessness)? If Allah takes away your sense of hearing and sight and sets a seal on your hearts, who is god besides Allah that can bring it (back) to you”? See how We explain Our Verses. Yet still they turn away.
6/Al-An'am-47:
(O Muhammad) say (to the associators): “Have you seen yourselves (Have you understood your state, your powerlessness)? If the torment of Allah comes to you suddenly or openly, will any be destroyed except the unjust people”?
6/Al-An'am-48:
We send the Messengers (for nothing) but as givers of glad tidings and Warners. Then whoever believes (wishes to reach Allah before death) and does improving deeds (that cleanse and purify the souls’ hearts), there is no fear upon them nor do they grieve.
6/Al-An'am-49:
And those who belie Our Verses the torment will touch them because they are Fâsiqûn (transgressors, those who are not in the Way of Allah or have gone out of it).
6/Al-An'am-50:
Say: “I do not tell you that with me are the treasures of Allah nor I know the Unseen (Gayb), nor I tell you that I am an angel. I but follow what is revealed to me”. Say: “Are the blind and the seeing (with the inner eye) equal”? Do you not then reflect?
6/Al-An'am-51:
And warn with it those who fear that they shall be gathered to their Lord. There is no protecting friend for them, nor any intercessor besides Him. Thus they be the owners of piety (takwâ).
6/Al-An'am-52:
And do not drive away those who call upon their Lord in the morning and the evening, seeking Him only. Not upon you is anything of their account and not upon them is anything of your account. If you drive them away, you will be then of the wrong-doers.
6/Al-An'am-53:
And thus We tried some of them by others in case they say: “Are these they upon whom Allah has conferred His Blessing from among us”? Allah best knows the grateful, does not He?
6/Al-An'am-54:
When those who believe in Our Verses come to you, say: “Peace be on you”. Your Lord has written Mercy on Himself. So that if any one of you does evil in ignorance, then repents (before his religious guide-Murshid) and improves (does the soul’s cleansing), then He (Allah) is Oft-Forgiving, (the One who converts evil deeds into merits), Most Merciful (the One who sends down the light of mercy).
6/Al-An'am-55:
And thus do We expound the Verses that the way of Al-Mujrimûn (sinners, guilty) may become manifest.
6/Al-An'am-56:
Say: “I have been forbidden to be a servant to those whom you call upon besides Allah”. Say: “I do not follow your vain desires (the desires of the vices of your souls), if I follow them indeed I should have been in Misguidance and I should not be of those who have attained Guidance”.
6/Al-An'am-57:
Say: “I am on a clear proof from my Lord and you call it a lie. I have not with me what you are asking for impatiently. The judgment is only Allah’s. He relates the truth. And He is the Best of Dividers (the right from the wrong) in groups”.
6/Al-An'am-58:
Say: “If that which you desire to hasten was with me, the matter would have certainly been decided between you and me”. And Allah best knows the tyrants.
6/Al-An'am-59:
And with Him are the keys of the Unseen (Gayb). None knows them but He. And He knows what is in the land and the sea. Not even a leaf falls but He knows it. There is not a grain in the darkness of the earth nor anything wet or dry in it but in the Kitab-ı Mübîn (Clear Book).
6/Al-An'am-60:
And He it is who makes you die at night (who puts you into sleep), knows what you acquire in the day, then raises you up therein that Ecel-i Müsemma (an appointed term) to be fulfilled. To Him is your return. Then He will inform you of what you have done.
6/Al-An'am-61:
And He is the Owner of Strength and Power above His servants. And He sends a guardian (protector) over you. When death comes to one of you, Our Messengers (angel of death and his assistants) cause him to die. And they never err (while they are doing this).
6/Al-An'am-62:
Then they are returned to Allah. Their Lord is the True One. His is the Judgment, is it not? And He is the swiftest in taking account.
6/Al-An'am-63:
Say: “Who rescues you from the darkness of the land and the sea”? You call upon Him in humility and in secret saying: “If He only saves us from this, we shall truly be of the grateful ones”.
6/Al-An'am-64:
Say: “Allah rescues you from this and from all distresses”. Then again you associate partners (with Him).
6/Al-An'am-65:
Say: “He is able to send on you a torment from above you and from beneath your feet, or adding you to each other (making you enemies) in different parties and make you taste the violence of one to another”. See how We explain Our Verses, so that they may understand.
6/Al-An'am-66:
And your people have denied it though it is the truth. Say: “I am not a Surrogate over you”.
6/Al-An'am-67:
For every news there is a determined term. And soon you will know.
6/Al-An'am-68:
When you see those who engage in a conversation about our Verses (by mocking at them) withdraw from them until they enter into some other discourse. And if Satan causes you to forget, then do not sit after recollection with the unjust people.
6/Al-An'am-69:
There is nothing (responsibility) for those who have piety from their account. Yet they should remind them (that they need to repeat the Name of Allah). So they may be the owners of piety (takwâ).
6/Al-An'am-70:
Leave alone those who take their religion as play and amusement. And the life of this world has deceived them. And remind with it lest a soul should be given up to destruction for that which they have earned (the negative degrees they have earned). There is for him besides Allah any protecting friend nor an intercessor. Even if he offers to give every ransom, it shall not be accepted from him. These are they who shall be given up to destruction for what they earned. They shall have a drink of boiling water and a painful torment because of what they denied.
6/Al-An'am-71:
Say: “Shall we call on others besides Allah, that do not benefit nor harm us, and shall we be returned back on our heels after Allah has guided us, like him whom the devils (Satans) have made his companions to fall down perplexed in the earth saying ‘Come to us, to guidance’”. Say: “Surely, reaching Allah, it is the Guidance (Hidayet) and we are commanded that we should submit to the Lord of the worlds”.
6/Al-An'am-72:
And (we are also commanded) to keep up prayers. And have piety towards Him. And He it is to whom you shall be gathered.
6/Al-An'am-73:
And He it is who has created the heavens and the earth with the truth. And on the Day He says: “Be, it is”. His Word is the truth and His is the Sovereignty. That Day the Trumpet shall be blown (when the trumpet is blown, the Sovereignty is His). It is He who knows the Known (Seen) and the Unknown. And He is the All-Wise (the Owner of the Judgment and Wisdom), the All-Aware.
6/Al-An'am-74:
And Abraham had said to his father Âzar: “Do you take idols for gods? Surely I see you and your people in manifest Misguidance”.
6/Al-An'am-75:
And thus (did) We show Abraham the secrets of the heavens and the earth and that he might be Mûqinîn (those who have Faith with certainty).
6/Al-An'am-76:
So when the night covered him over with darkness, he saw a star. He said: “This is my Lord”. But when it set, he said: “I do not love the setting ones”.
6/Al-An'am-77:
Then when he saw the moon rising up, he said: “This is my Lord”. But when it set, he said: “If my Lord does not guide me, I should certainly have been of the people who are in Misguidance”.
6/Al-An'am-78:
Then when he saw the sun rising up, he said: “This is my Lord, this is greater”. But when it set, he said: “O my people! Surely I am clear of what you associate”.
6/Al-An'am-79:
Surely I have turned my face towards Him who created the heavens and the earth as being Hanîfâ. And I am not of the associators.
6/Al-An'am-80:
And his people argued with him. He said: “Do you argue with me concerning Allah while (My Lord) delivered me to Guidance (Hidayet)? I do not fear in any way those that you set up with Him, unless my Lord wills something. My Lord surrounds in His Knowledge all things. Will you not then be mindful”?
6/Al-An'am-81:
And how should I fear what you associate (idols) while you do not fear that you have associated with Allah that for which He has not sent down to you any proof (Sultan)? Which then of the two parties is surer of security if you know?
6/Al-An'am-82:
Those who believe (who are âmenû) and do not mix up their faith with wrong, those are they who shall have the security. And they are those who have attained Hidayet.
6/Al-An'am-83:
And these are Our proofs which We Gave to Abraham against his people. We raise whom We will in degrees. Certainly your Lord is All-Wise, All-Knowing.
6/Al-An'am-84:
And We bestowed upon him Isaac (Ishâq) and Jacob (Ya’qûb). We delivered all of them to Guidance. And Noah did We guide aforetime; and of his descendants David and Solomon and Job and Joseph and Moses and Aaron. And thus do We reward Al-Muhsinîn (those who have submitted their physical bodies to Allah).
6/Al-An'am-85:
And Zachariah (Zakariyâ) and John (Yahyâ) and Jesus and Elias (Iliyâs), each one of them was of the Salihin (improved ones).
6/Al-An'am-86:
And Ishmael and Elisha (Ilyesea) and Jonah (Yûnus) and Lot (Lût), We made each one of them above the worlds.
6/Al-An'am-87:
And We chose from among their fathers and their descendants and their brethren. And We guided them to Sıratı Mustakîm (the Path directed to Allah).
6/Al-An'am-88:
This is the Guidance of Allah. With which He guides whomsoever He wills of His servants. And if they had associated others, certainly what they did would have become vain.
6/Al-An'am-89:
These are they to whom We gave the Book and the Wisdom and the Prophet-hood. Therefore, if the disbelievers deny it, then We would have entrusted it to a people who are not therein disbelievers.
6/Al-An'am-90:
These are they whom Allah guided. Therefore follow their guidance (Hidayet)! Say: “I do not ask you for any wage for it”; it is nothing but a reminder (Dhikr) for the worlds.
6/Al-An'am-91:
They could not estimate Allah with estimation due to Him when they said: “Allah has sent down nothing to any human being”. Say: “Who then sent down the Book which is a Light and Guidance to mankind that Moses brought”. You have made (written) into paper sheets, disclosing and concealing much. You were taught what you did not nor your fathers know. Say: “Allah, then leave them to play with what they are busy in”.
6/Al-An'am-92:
And this (Qur'ân) is a Book We have sent down as Blessed, confirming that which is before it, so that you may warn the Mother of towns (Makkah) and those around it. They are constant in guarding their prayers (continue praying).
6/Al-An'am-93:
And who is more unjust than he who forges a lie against Allah, or says: “It has been revealed to me while nothing has been revealed to him” and he who says: “I will send down the like of that which Allah has sent down”? And if you had seen when the wrong-doers shall be in the agonies of death and the angels shall spread forth their hands: ‘Give up your souls’; today shall you be recompensed with a torment of degradation because of what you used to utter against Allah other than the truth, and because you showed pride against His Verses.
6/Al-An'am-94:
And certainly you have come to Us alone as We created you at first, and you have left behind your backs all that We gave you. We do not see with you your intercessors about whom you asserted that they were associates in respect to you. Certainly the ties between you are cut off, and what you asserted is gone from you.
6/Al-An'am-95:
Surely, It is Allah Who causes the seed-grain and the fruit-stone to split and sprout. He brings forth the living from the dead and He is the bringer forth of the dead from the living. That is Allah! How are you then turned away?
6/Al-An'am-96:
(He is the) Cleaver of the daybreak. And He has made the night for resting (peace), and the sun and the moon for calculating time. This is the discretion of the All-Mighty, the All-Knowing.
6/Al-An'am-97:
And He it is Who has made the stars (the Prophets, the Messengers and the religious guide) for you, so that you may guide your course with them (you may have Guidance) in the layers of darkness of the land and the sea (in the layers of darkness and the calamities of the souls). Truly We have explained in detail the Verses for a people who know.
6/Al-An'am-98:
And He it is Who has brought you into being from a single soul (Adam), then there is (for you) a resting-place (the earth, the world for our physical bodies) and a depository (the place where our souls wait temporarily before going into Paradise or Hell, the Berzah World). We have explained in detail Our Verses for a people who understand well.
6/Al-An'am-99:
And He it is Who sends down water from the sky. With it We bring forth vegetation of all kinds. Then We bring forth out of it green stalks, from which We bring forth thick clustered grain. And out of the date-palm and its sprout come forth clusters of dates hanging low and near and gardens of grapes and olives and pomegranates, each similar (in kind) yet different (in variety and taste). Look at their fruits when they begin to bear (fruit) and at its ripening. Most surely there are Signs in this for a people who believe.
6/Al-An'am-100:
And they associated the jinn with Allah, while He created them. They falsely attributed to Him sons and daughters without knowledge. Be He Glorified and Exalted above all that they attribute to Him.
6/Al-An'am-101:
Wonderful Originator of the heavens and the earth without a match! How could He have a son when there is for Him no consort? And He created all things and He is the All-Knowing of all things.
6/Al-An'am-102:
That is Allah, your Lord. There is no god but He. The Creator of all things. Therefore be servants to Him. And He is the Wakîl (Surrogate) over all things.
6/Al-An'am-103:
Sense of seeing can not comprehend Him. And He comprehends the sense of seeing. And He is Al-Latîf (the Most Subtle and Courteous), Well-Acquainted with all things.
6/Al-An'am-104:
Surely, faculties of intuition (seeing through the eye of the heart) have come to you from your Lord. Whoever will therefore see (with the heart’s eye), it is for his own benefit (soul). And whoever will be blind (the eye of the heart), it shall be against himself. And I am not a guardian over you.
6/Al-An'am-105:
And thus We explain individually the Verses so that they may say: “You have studied (this knowledge) and that We may make the matter clear for a people who know”.
6/Al-An'am-106:
Follow what is revealed to you from your Lord; there is no god but He; and withdraw from the associators.
6/Al-An'am-107:
And if Allah had willed, they would not have set up partners and We have not made you a watcher over them nor are you a Wakîl (Surrogate) over them.
6/Al-An'am-108:
And do not revile those whom they call upon besides Allah, lest exceeding the limits they should revile Allah out of ignorance. Thus have We made fair-seeming to every people their deeds; then to their Lord shall be their return. So He will inform them of what they used to do.
6/Al-An'am-109:
And they swore by Allah with the strongest of their oaths, that if a Sign (a miracle) came to them, they would most certainly believe in it. Say: “Signs (miracles) are only with Allah (in His Divine Presence) and you do not perceive that even if it (sign, miracle) came, they will not believe”.
6/Al-An'am-110:
And We turn their hearts (the comprehension faculties of the souls’ hearts) and their sights (the faculties of seeing of the souls’ eyes) as they did not believe in it previously and We leave them in their inordinacy, blindly wandering on.
6/Al-An'am-111:
And even if We had sent down to them the angels and the dead had spoken to them and We had brought together all things before them, they would not have believed, unless Allah willed. But most of them behave ignorantly.
6/Al-An'am-112:
And thus We have made for every prophet devils from mankind and jinn an enemy, inspiring to one another decorative speech in delusion. And if your Lord had willed, they would not have done it, therefore leave them and that which they forge.
6/Al-An'am-113:
And that the hearts of those who do not believe in the Hereafter may incline to them (to human and jinn satans) and that they may be well pleased with them. And that they may continue to earn what they have been earning.
6/Al-An'am-114:
Shall I then seek a judge other than Allah? And He it is who has sent down to you the Book as explained (in detail). Those to whom We have given the Book know that it is sent down from your Lord with truth, therefore you should not be of the doubters.
6/Al-An'am-115:
And the Word of your Lord has been accomplished with loyalty and justice. There is none who can change His Words. He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
6/Al-An'am-116:
And if you obey most of those in the earth, they will lead you astray from Allah’s Way. They follow but conjecture and they only lie.
6/Al-An'am-117:
It is your Lord Who knows who goes astray from His Way, and He also best knows those who have attained Guidance.
6/Al-An'am-118:
Therefore eat of that on which Allah’s Name has been mentioned if you are believers in His Verses.
6/Al-An'am-119:
What is wrong with you that you do not eat of that on which Allah’s Name has been mentioned while He has explained to you in detail what is forbidden to you, except under compulsion of necessity? And most surely many leave (others) in Misguidance by their vain desires out of ignorance. Certainly your Lord knows best those who exceed the limits.
6/Al-An'am-120:
And abandon open and secret sin. Surely they who commit (earn) sin shall be recompensed with what they earned.
6/Al-An'am-121:
And do not eat of that on which Allah’s Name has not been mentioned, and that is most surely Fisq. And most surely the satans reveal to their friends that they should struggle with you; and if you obey (follow) them, you shall most surely be associators.
6/Al-An'am-122:
Is he who was dead (because of not wishing to reach Allah) then We raised him to life (by giving him twelve blessings) and made for him a light by which he walks among the people, like him whose likeness is that of one in utter layers of darkness from which he can never come out? Thus it has been shown pleasing to the disbelievers that which they were doing.
6/Al-An'am-123:
And thus We have placed within every town (city) the greatest of its sinners as leaders to fraud therein. But they do not fraud except their own souls, and they do not perceive.
6/Al-An'am-124:
And when a Verse comes to them they say: “We will not believe until we are given the like of what Allah’s Messengers are given”. Allah best knows with whom to place His Message. Humiliation from Allah and a severe torment will befall the sinners because of what they used to plot.
6/Al-An'am-125:
And whomsoever Allah wills to deliver to Himself He slits and opens his breast for submission (Islam). And whomsoever He wills to leave in Misguidance, He makes his breast strait and narrow as if he were ascending to the sky. Thus does Allah lay filth (torment, difficulty, narrowness) on those who do not believe.
6/Al-An'am-126:
And this is the Path directed to your Lord (path delivers to Allah). We have explained Our Verses individually for a people who deliberate.
6/Al-An'am-127:
For them is the Home of Peace (the Home of Submission to Allah) with their Lord. And He is their Friend because of what they used to do.
6/Al-An'am-128:
And on a Day when He shall gather them all together (shall say): “O assembly of jinn! You increased your number with the mankind (you annexed the mankind amongst the devils)”. And their friends from among the mankind said: “Our Lord! Some of us profited by others and we have reached our appointed term which You did appoint for us”. (Allah) said: “The Fire is your abode, to abide in it forever, except what Allah wills (the time for Hell to vanish to arrive)”. Surely your Lord is All-Wise (the Owner of the Judgment and Wisdom), All-Knowing.
6/Al-An'am-129:
And thus We do turn the wrong-doers against one another because of what they used to earn (their sins).
6/Al-An'am-130:
O assembly of the jinn and men! Did there not come to you Messengers from among you, relating to you My Verses and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours? They said: We bear witness against our own souls. The life of this world deceived them; and they bore witness against their own souls that they were disbelievers.
6/Al-An'am-131:
This is because your Lord is not tormentful and would not destroy the countries while their people were unaware (unwarned).
6/Al-An'am-132:
For all there are degrees according to what they do; and your Lord is not Heedless of what they do.
6/Al-An'am-133:
And your Lord is the Self-Sufficient (Rich, Free of all needs), the Owner of Mercy. If He wills, He can remove (destroy) you and in your place make whom He wills as successors after you, even as He raised you up from the seed (offspring) of other people.
6/Al-An'am-134:
Surely what you are promised will verily come and you cannot escape it.
6/Al-An'am-135:
Say: “O my people! Do what you want to do! I too am doing; so you will soon come to know, for whom will be the end of the abode”. Certainly the wrong-doers can not attain to the Salvation.
6/Al-An'am-136:
And they set apart a portion for Allah out of what He has created of crop and cattle, and said with their assumptions: “This is for Allah and this for our associates”. What is for their associates does not reach Allah, and whatever is for Allah, it reaches their associates. Evil is that which they judge.
6/Al-An'am-137:
And thus their associates have made fair-seeming to most of the polytheists the killing of their children, that they may cause them to perish and obscure for them their religion. If Allah had willed, they would not have done so, therefore, leave them and that which they forge.
6/Al-An'am-138:
And according to their assumptions they say: “These are cattle and crops prohibited; none shall eat them, except such as we please”. (Some) cattle whose backs are forbidden, and cattle on which they would not mention Allah’s Name (forging a lie against them not slaughtering them in the name of Allah). (Allah) shall requite them for what they forged.
6/Al-An'am-139:
And they said: “What is in the wombs of these cattle is specially for our men and forbidden to our wives”. But if it is born dead then they are all partners in (eating) it. (Allah) will punish them for their attribution. Surely, He is All-Wise (the Owner of the Judgment and Wisdom), All-Knowing.
6/Al-An'am-140:
They are lost indeed who kill their children foolishly without knowledge, and forbid what Allah has provided for them as sustenance, forging a lie against Allah. They have indeed remained in Misguidance and have not attained to Guidance (Hidayet).
6/Al-An'am-141:
And He it is Who produces gardens trellised and un-trellised and date-palms and seed-produce of which the fruits are of various sorts, and olives and pomegranates, similar and different. Eat of its fruit when it bears fruit and pay the due of it on the day of its reaping and do not waste by extravagance. Surely He does not love the extravagant (Al-Musrifûn).
6/Al-An'am-142:
And amongst the animals there are beasts of burden and those which are fit for slaughter. Eat of what Allah has provided for you as sustenance (of those who are fit for slaughter) and do not follow the footsteps of the Shaitan (Satan). Surely he is to you an open enemy.
6/Al-An'am-143:
Eight pairs (created male and female beasts of burden and those which are fit for slaughter as indicated in verse 142); of the sheep two and of the goat two. Say: “Has He forbidden the two males or the two females or that which the wombs of the two females enclose”? Inform me with knowledge if you are truthful.
6/Al-An'am-144:
And of the camel two, cattle two. Say: “Has He forbidden the two males or the two females or which the wombs of the two females enclose”? Or were you witnesses when Allah enjoined you this? Who, then, is more unjust than he who forges a lie against Allah, to lead mankind astray without knowledge. Surely, Allah does not cause the wrongdoers to attain to Guidance (Hidayet).
6/Al-An'am-145:
Say: “I do not find in that which has been revealed to me anything forbidden for an eater to eat of except that it be what has died of itself, or blood poured forth, or flesh of swine-for that surely is unclean-or that which is slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than Allah with a Fisq”; but whoever is driven to necessity without willful disobedience, nor exceeding the limit, then surely your Lord is Oft-Forgiving (the One who changes sins into merits), Most Merciful (the One who sends down the light of mercy).
6/Al-An'am-146:
And to those who were Jews We made unlawful every animal with undivided hoof and of oxen and sheep We made unlawful to them the fat of both, except such as was on their backs or the entrails or what was mixed with bones. Thus We punished them for their rebellion, and We are surely Faithful.
6/Al-An'am-147:
But if they belie you, then say: “Your Lord is the Owner of Vast Mercy”; and never will His severe punishment turned back from the people who are criminal (guilty).
6/Al-An'am-148:
Those who ascribe partners will say: “If Allah had willed, we would not have ascribed partners, nor would our fathers nor would we have forbidden anything”. Likewise belied those who were before them till they tasted Our punishment. Say: “Have you any knowledge with you? If so, you should bring it forth to us. You only follow a conjecture and you only tell lies”.
6/Al-An'am-149:
Say: “Then Allah’s is the strongest proof. Had He so willed, He would indeed have caused you all to attain to Guidance (Hidayet)”.
6/Al-An'am-150:
Say: “Bring your witnesses who should bear witness that Allah has forbidden this”. Then if they bear witness, do not bear witness with them. Do not follow the vain desires of those who deny Our Verses and of those who do not believe in the Hereafter. And they make (others) equal to their Lord (associating partners).
6/Al-An'am-151:
Say: “Come, I will recite what your Lord has forbidden to you; that you do not associate anything with Him. And show kindness to your parents. Do not kill your children for (fear of poverty)”. We provide sustenance for you and for them. Do not approach wickedness that is apparent or concealed. Do not kill which Allah has forbidden except for a just cause. This He has enjoined you with that you may be mindful.
6/Al-An'am-152:
And do not approach the property of the orphan except in the best manner until he attains the age of full strength. Give full measure and full weight with justice. We do not burden any soul beyond its scope. When you speak, then say with justice though it be a relative. Fulfill the Covenant of Allah. This He has enjoined you with that you may deliberate.
6/Al-An'am-153:
And that this is My Path, directed (towards Me). Therefore follow it, and do not follow (others) ways, for they will lead you away from His Way. This He has enjoined you with that you may have piety (Takwâ).
6/Al-An'am-154:
Then, We gave Moses the Book (Torah) as complement to those who are the best of the best and an explanation in detail of all things and delivering to Guidance and a Mercy that they might believe in the meeting with their Lord.
6/Al-An'am-155:
And this is a Book We have sent down is blessed. Therefore follow (depend on) it and be the owners of piety (Takwâ) that you may attain to mercy (you may receive mercy).
6/Al-An'am-156:
Lest you should say: “The Book was sent down only to two parties before us and we were truly unaware of what they read”.
6/Al-An'am-157:
Or lest you should say: “If the Book had been sent down to us, we would certainly have been better guided than they”. So indeed there has come to you a clear proof from your Lord, and Guidance (delivering to Hidayet) and a mercy. Who then is more unjust than he who denies the Verses of Allah and turns away from them? We will punish those who turn away from Our Verses with an evil torment because they turned away.
6/Al-An'am-158:
Do they wait for the angels should come to them or that your Lord should come, or that some of the Signs of your Lord should come. On the Day when some of the Signs of your Lord shall come, its faith shall not profit a soul which did not believe before, or earn good through its faith. Say: “Wait; we too are waiting”.
6/Al-An'am-159:
Surely they who divided their religion and became sects. You have no concern with them. Their affair is only with Allah, then He will inform them of what they used to do.
6/Al-An'am-160:
Whoever comes (before Allah) with a good deed, for him there are tenfold the like of it and whoever comes with an evil deed, he shall be recompensed only with the like of it and they shall not be wronged.
6/Al-An'am-161:
Say: “Surely my Lord has guided me to Sıratı Mustakîm (the Path directed to Allah)”, the religion of Abraham’s people that will last until the Doomsday as Hanîf. And he was not of the associators.
6/Al-An'am-162:
Say: “Verily, my prayer, my sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allah, Lord of the worlds”.
6/Al-An'am-163:
He has no partners. And of this I have been commanded. And I am the first of those who is submitted (Muslim).
6/Al-An'am-164:
Say: “Shall I seek another than Allah for Lord, and He is the Lord of all things”? And no soul earns but against itself, and no bearer of burden shall bear the burden of another; then to your Lord is your return, so He will inform you of that in which you differed.
6/Al-An'am-165:
And He it is Who has made you successors in the earth and raised some of you above others by degrees, that He might try you by what He has given you. Surely your Lord is quick to requite and He is most surely the Oft-Forgiving (the One Who changes evil deeds into rewards), Most Merciful (the One Who sends down the light of Mercy).
