ثُمَّ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ تَمَامًا عَلَى الَّذِيَ أَحْسَنَ وَتَفْصِيلاً لِّكُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً لَّعَلَّهُم بِلِقَاء رَبِّهِمْ يُؤْمِنُونَ
English Transliteration: Summa eataynea moosal kiteaba taameaman aaleallazee aahsana va taafseelan li kulli shay’in va hudan va raahmatan laaallahum bi likeai raabbihim yu’minoon(yu’minoona).
Then, We gave Moses the Book (Torah) as complement to those who are the best of the best and an explanation in detail of all things and delivering to Guidance and a Mercy that they might believe in the meeting with their Lord.
