أَأَنتُمْ أَنزَلْتُمُوهُ مِنَ الْمُزْنِ أَمْ نَحْنُ الْمُنزِلُونَ
English Transliteration: A antum anzaltumoohu minal muzni am naahnul munziloon(munziloona).
Did you bring it (water) down from the clouds, or are We the One who brought it down (the Sender down)?
