« Verse-8 »
أَمْ يَقُولُونَ افْتَرَاهُ قُلْ إِنِ افْتَرَيْتُهُ فَلَا تَمْلِكُونَ لِي مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا تُفِيضُونَ فِيهِ كَفَى بِهِ شَهِيدًا بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكُمْ وَهُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ
English Transliteration: Am yakooloonaftareah(yakooloonaftareahu), kul iniftaraytuhu fa lea tamlikoona lee minaallaahi shay’ea(shay’an), huva aa’lamu bi mea tufeedoona feeh(feehi), kafea bihee shaheedan baynee va baynakum va huval gaafoorur raaheem(raaheemu).
Or are they saying: “He has forged it”? Say: If I am forging it, then you have no power to prevent anything that will come for me from Allah. He knows best what (slanders) into you have plunged about it (Qur’an). He (Allah) is enough as a Witness to it (to the Qur’ân) between me and you. And He is the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful.
