« Verse-17 »
وَالَّذِي قَالَ لِوَالِدَيْهِ أُفٍّ لَّكُمَا أَتَعِدَانِنِي أَنْ أُخْرَجَ وَقَدْ خَلَتْ الْقُرُونُ مِن قَبْلِي وَهُمَا يَسْتَغِيثَانِ اللَّهَ وَيْلَكَ آمِنْ إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ فَيَقُولُ مَا هَذَا إِلَّا أَسَاطِيرُ الْأَوَّلِينَ
English Transliteration: Vallazee keala li vealidayhi uffın lakumea a taideaninee an uhraca va kaad haalatil kuroonu min kaablee va humea yastageeseanilleaha vaylaka eamin, inna vaa’daalleahi haakk(haakkun), fa yakoolu mea heazea illea aseateerul avvaleen(avvaleena).
And he said to his parents: “Fie on you (I am fed up with you both), do you imply that I shall be taken out, whereas many generations have passed away before me”? And they both calling for Allah’s help (said): “Woe to you (You are harming yourself)! Believe, surely the Promise of Allah is true”. Upon that (he) said: “This is nothing but tales of the ancients”.
