ذَلِكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَفْرَحُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَبِمَا كُنتُمْ تَمْرَحُونَ
English Transliteration: Zealikum bimea kuntum tafrahoona feel aardı bi gaayril haakkı va bimea kuntum tamrahoon(tamrahoona).
This is because you were extravagant and insolent in the earth without any right.
