مُّذَبْذَبِينَ بَيْنَ ذَلِكَ لاَ إِلَى هَؤُلاء وَلاَ إِلَى هَؤُلاء وَمَن يُضْلِلِ اللّهُ فَلَن تَجِدَ لَهُ سَبِيلاً
English Transliteration: Muzabzabeena bayna zealika, lea ilea heauleai va lea ilea heauleai. Va man yudlililleahu fa lan tacida lahu sabeelea(sabeelan).
They flounder between these (disbelief and belief). They are neither with these nor with those. And whomever Allah leaves in Misguidance, you shall not find a way for him (you can not deliver them to the Sıratı Mustakîm which will make them reach Allah).
