قُلْ يُحْيِيهَا الَّذِي أَنشَأَهَا أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ خَلْقٍ عَلِيمٌ
English Transliteration: Kul yuhyeehallazee anshaahea avvala marrah(marratin), va huva bi kulli haalkın aaleem(aaleemun).
Say: “He will revive them Who produced them at the first, and He is the All-Knowing of all creations”.
