لِيُنذِرَ مَن كَانَ حَيًّا وَيَحِقَّ الْقَوْلُ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ
English Transliteration: Li yunzira man keana haayyan va yahıkkaal kaavlu aalal keafireen(keafireena).
(The descent of the Qur'ân) is to warn those who are alive and that the Word (of the Torment) may prove true against the disbelievers.
