فَإِنَّكَ لَا تُسْمِعُ الْمَوْتَى وَلَا تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ الدُّعَاء إِذَا وَلَّوْا مُدْبِرِينَ
English Transliteration: Fa innaka lea tusmiul mavtea va lea tusmius summad dueaa izea vallav mudbireen(mudbireena).
So, surely, you cannot make the dead to hear, you cannot make the deaf to hear the invitation when they turn back and flee.
