هَذَا بَيَانٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ
English Transliteration: Heazea bayeanun lin neasi va hudan va mav’ızaatun lil muttakeen(muttakeena).
These (Verses) are a clear statement and guidance for the mankind and admonition for the owners of piety (takwâ).
