« Verse-21 »
يُعَذِّبُُ مَن يَشَاء وَيَرْحَمُ مَن يَشَاء وَإِلَيْهِ تُقْلَبُونَ
English Transliteration: Yuaazzibu man yasheau va yarhaamu man yashea’(yasheau), va ilayhi tuklaboon(tuklaboona).
(Allah) torments whom He wills and has Mercy on whom He wills (He manifests Himself with His Name of the Most Merciful). And to Him you shall be made to be returned (transformed from one state into others).
