إِنَّكَ لَا تُسْمِعُ الْمَوْتَى وَلَا تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ الدُّعَاء إِذَا وَلَّوْا مُدْبِرِينَ
English Transliteration: Innaka lea tusmiul mavtea va lea tusmius summad dueaa izea vallav mudbireen(mudbireena).
Surely you can not make the dead to hear nor can you make the deaf to hear the call (of Allah) when they flee, turning their backs.
