قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ لِمَ تَسْتَعْجِلُونَ بِالسَّيِّئَةِ قَبْلَ الْحَسَنَةِ لَوْلَا تَسْتَغْفِرُونَ اللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ
English Transliteration: Keala yea kaavmi lima tastaa’ciloona bees sayyiati kaablal haasanah(haasanati), lav lea tastaagfiroonaalleaha laaallakum turhaamoon(turhaamoona).
(Salih) said: “O my people! Why do you seek to hasten on the evil before the good? Should you not have asked forgiveness of Allah so that you may receive mercy”?
