إِلَّا مَن ظَلَمَ ثُمَّ بَدَّلَ حُسْنًا بَعْدَ سُوءٍ فَإِنِّي غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ
English Transliteration: Illea man zaalama summa baddala husnan baa’da sooin fa innee gaafoorun raaheem(raaheemun).
Except those who do wrong. But whom ever converts his evil for good (gets his sins converted into merits after repenting before a Murshid), then surely, I am Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful (the One that manifests with His Mercy attribute).
