وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ
English Transliteration: Va inna raabbaka la huval aazeezur raaheem(raaheema).
And most surely your Lord is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful (the One that manifests with His Mercy attribute).
