« Verse-60 »
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ اسْجُدُوا لِلرَّحْمَنِ قَالُوا وَمَا الرَّحْمَنُ أَنَسْجُدُ لِمَا تَأْمُرُنَا وَزَادَهُمْ نُفُورًا*
English Transliteration: Va izea keela lahumuscudoo lir raahmeani kealoo va mar raahmeanu a nascudu li mea ta’murunea va zeadahum nufoorea(nufooran).
And when it was said to them: “Prostrate yourselves to the Most Beneficent”, they said: “What is the Most Beneficent? Shall we prostrate ourselves to what you command us”? And it (this command) increased them in aversion.
