قُلْ أَنزَلَهُ الَّذِي يَعْلَمُ السِّرَّ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا
English Transliteration: Kul anzalahullazee yaa’lamus sırra fees sameaveati val aard(aardı), innahu keana gaafooraan raaheemea(raaheeman).
Say: “It (Qur’ân) has been sent down by Him Who knows the Secret of the heavens and the earth; surely He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful (the One that manifests with His Mercy attribute)”.
