« Verse-4 »
وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَأْتُوا بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَاء فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثَمَانِينَ جَلْدَةً وَلَا تَقْبَلُوا لَهُمْ شَهَادَةً أَبَدًا وَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ
English Transliteration: Vallazeena yarmoonal muhsaaneati summa lam ya’too bi arbaaati shuhadeaa faclidoohum sameaneena caldatan va lea taakbaloo lahum shaheadatan abadea(abadan), va uleaika humul feasikoon(feasikoona).
And for those who accuse chaste women, then cannot bring four witnesses, flog them with eighty stripes (that affects the skin only) and never accept their witnessing, and these it is that are the transgressors (who are not in the Way of Allah or have gone out of it).
