« Verse-18 »
وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاء مَاء بِقَدَرٍ فَأَسْكَنَّاهُ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَإِنَّا عَلَى ذَهَابٍ بِهِ لَقَادِرُونَ
English Transliteration: Va anzalnea minas sameai meaan bi kaadarin fa askanneahu feel aardı va innea aalea zaheabin bihee la keadiroon(keadiroona).
And We send down water from the sky with a predestined amount, then We caused with it (lakes, rivers, seas) in the earth, and most surely We are Able to take it away (with condensation).
