Surah Al-Anbiya
21/Al-Anbiya-1: Iktaraba lin neasi hiseabuhum va hum fee gaaflatin mu’ridoon(mu’ridoona). , 21/Al-Anbiya-2: Mea ya’teehim min zikrin min raabbihim muhdasin illastamaoohu va hum yal’aaboon(yal’aaboona). , 21/Al-Anbiya-3: Leahiyatan kuloobuhum va asarroon nacvallazeena zaalamoo hal heazea illea basharun mislukum, a fa ta’toonas sihra va antum tubsıroon(tubsıroona).
Al-Anbiya, Surah The Prophets (Qur'an: Surat-21-Al-Anbiya)
Bismillaah ir rahmaan ir raheem
21/Al-Anbiya-1:
Their reckoning has drawn near to mankind, and in heedlessness are they turning aside.
21/Al-Anbiya-2:
When there comes to them a new reminder from their Lord, they listen to it while they mock.
21/Al-Anbiya-3:
Their hearts attach no importance (to what Allah says) and those who do wrong counsel together in secret: “Is he (Mohamed) anything but a human being like yourselves? Will you then yield to the sorcery while you see”?
21/Al-Anbiya-4:
(He) said: “My Lord knows what is spoken in the heaven and the earth, and He is the (All) Hearing, (All) Knowing”.
21/Al-Anbiya-5:
They say: “Nay, medleys of dreams. Nay, probably he has forged it. Nay, he is probably a poet. So let him bring to us a Verse (Miracle) (too) as the former were sent”.
21/Al-Anbiya-6:
Not one of the countries of those which We destroyed, believed before them. Are they the ones to believe?
21/Al-Anbiya-7:
And We did not send before you any but men to whom We revealed. If you do not know, ask the owners of the remembrance (continuous Dhikr).
21/Al-Anbiya-8:
And We did not make them (the men that We have revealed) bodies not eating food, and they are not to live forever (they are not eternal, immortal).
21/Al-Anbiya-9:
Then We remained loyal to the Promise. So We delivered them and those whom We willed. And We destroyed the extravagant.
21/Al-Anbiya-10:
Certainly We have sent down to you a Book in which is your remembrance (which mentions you). Will you still not use your intelligence?
21/Al-Anbiya-11:
How many countries which were tyrant did We demolish (razed). And We raised up (created) after them other people.
21/Al-Anbiya-12:
So when they feel our (severe) punishment, behold, they flee from it.
21/Al-Anbiya-13:
Do not flee and come back to the thing (place) that you were spoiled (all you asked for were given to you) and to your dwellings, that you may be questioned (there).
21/Al-Anbiya-14:
They said: “O woe to us! Surely we were wrongdoers”.
21/Al-Anbiya-15:
And this did not cease their case (complaint) till We made (kill) them as a mown field.
21/Al-Anbiya-16:
And We did not create the heaven and the earth and what is between them for a (mere) play (amusement).
21/Al-Anbiya-17:
If We had wished to make a diversion, We would surely have taken it from Our Presence, if We were going to do (that).
21/Al-Anbiya-18:
Nay, We cast the truth over the falsehood, so that it devastates it. Then it (falsehood) vanishes. Woe to you for what you describe (of Allah).
21/Al-Anbiya-19:
And whoever is in the heavens and the earth is His. And those who are in His Presence (those who fulfill the Presence Prayer before Him) are not proud to worship Him, nor do they grow weary.
21/Al-Anbiya-20:
They glorify (Allah) by night and day, without a break (they are the owners of continuous Dhikr).
21/Al-Anbiya-21:
Or have they taken gods from the earth who will raise (them)?
21/Al-Anbiya-22:
If there had been in them (heavens and earth) any gods except Allah, they would both (heavens and earth) have certainly been in a state of mischief. The Lord of Beyond Existence is above what they attribute of Him.
21/Al-Anbiya-23:
He (Allah) cannot be questioned as to what He does, and they shall be questioned.
21/Al-Anbiya-24:
Or, have they taken gods besides Him? Say: “Bring forth your proof. This is the Reminder (the Book) of those with me and the reminder of those before me”. But most of them do not know the truth. Therefore they turn aside.
21/Al-Anbiya-25:
And We did not send before you any Messenger but We revealed to him that “there is no god but Me”, therefore become a servant to Me (only).
21/Al-Anbiya-26:
And they said: “The Most Beneficent has begotten a son”. Glory to Him (He is excepted of everything)! Nay, they are the offered servants.
21/Al-Anbiya-27:
They do not precede Him in speech and they act on His Command.
21/Al-Anbiya-28:
Knows what is before them and what is behind them (the guarding angels). And they do not intercede except for those who have reached the Consent (of Allah) and they are in awe for fear of Him.
21/Al-Anbiya-29:
And whoever of them should say: “Surely I am a god besides Him”, then We recompense him with Hell. This is how We recompense the wrongdoers.
21/Al-Anbiya-30:
Did not those who disbelieve see that the heavens and the earth were joined together as one united piece? Then We parted them? And We have created every living thing from water. Will they not then believe?
21/Al-Anbiya-31:
And We have made firm mountains in the earth lest it might shake them; and We have made in it wide ways, hoping that they may reach Hidayet.
21/Al-Anbiya-32:
And We have made the heaven a well guarded ceiling. And they are the ones who turn aside from His Verses.
21/Al-Anbiya-33:
And He it is Who created the night and the day and the sun and the moon. They all swim in their orbit.
21/Al-Anbiya-34:
And We did not make any human eternal (immortal) before you. Then if you die, will they abide (will not die)?
21/Al-Anbiya-35:
Every soul is to taste the death. We will try you by mischief of evil and good and to Us you shall be brought back.
21/Al-Anbiya-36:
And when those who disbelieve see you, they do not take you except for mockery and say: “Is this he who mentions (speaks of) your gods”? And they are the deniers of the Reminder (the Book) of The Most Beneficent.
21/Al-Anbiya-37:
Human is created of haste. I will show to you My Verses, therefore do not ask Me to hasten.
21/Al-Anbiya-38:
And they say: “When will these promises (come to pass) if you are truthful”?
21/Al-Anbiya-39:
If only those who disbelieved knew the time when they shall not be able to ward off the fire (Hell) from their faces nor from their backs, nor shall they be helped!
21/Al-Anbiya-40:
Nay, it (the torment) shall come on them all of a sudden and will horrify them. So they shall not have the power to avert it, nor shall they be looked at.
21/Al-Anbiya-41:
And certainly Messengers before you were scoffed at (too), and then those who were scoffing at them were encompassed by what they were scoffing at.
21/Al-Anbiya-42:
Say: “Who guards you by night and day from (the torment of) The Most Beneficent”? Nay, they are the ones who turn aside from the Remembrance (Dhikr) of their Lord.
21/Al-Anbiya-43:
Or, have they gods who can guard them from Us (from Our torment)? They shall not even be able to help themselves, nor shall they be looked after by Us.
21/Al-Anbiya-44:
Nay, We gave provision to those and their fathers as the life appeared to be prolonged to them. Do they not then see that We come to the earth to curtail it from its outlying borders? Are they then the victors?
21/Al-Anbiya-45:
Say: “I warn you only by the Revelation and the deaf do not hear the call whenever they are warned.
21/Al-Anbiya-46:
And if a breath of the Torment of your Lord were to touch them, they certainly say: “O woe to us! Surely we were wrongdoers”!
21/Al-Anbiya-47:
And We set up the scales of justice on the Day of Resurrection. Then no soul is treated unjustly in anything. Even though there be the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it (We show it in their life film). And the reckoners suffice us.
21/Al-Anbiya-48:
And certainly We gave to Moses and Aaron the discernment (the Torah) as a (glorious) Light and a Reminder (Dhikr) for the owners of piety (Taqwa).
21/Al-Anbiya-49:
They are in reverence of their Lord in the unknown (though they do not see Him) and they are in dread of the Hour (of Resurrection).
21/Al-Anbiya-50:
And this is a blessed Reminder (Dhikr) which We have sent down. Are you the ones who still deny it?
21/Al-Anbiya-51:
And certainly We gave to Abraham his Rushd (the authorization to lead others to Irshad) and We were the All-Knower of him (We knew that he had the ability to have Irshad).
21/Al-Anbiya-52:
(Abraham) had said to his father and his people: “What are these statues to which you are devoted in worship”?
21/Al-Anbiya-53:
They said: “We found our fathers worshipping (them)”.
21/Al-Anbiya-54:
(Abraham) said: “Certainly you and your fathers have been in manifest misguidance”.
21/Al-Anbiya-55:
They said: “Have you brought to us the truth, or are you playing with us”?
21/Al-Anbiya-56:
(He) said: “Nay! Your Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth, who brought them into existence and I am of those who bear witness to this”.
21/Al-Anbiya-57:
And, by Allah! I will certainly plot something against your idols after you turn your backs (go away)”.
21/Al-Anbiya-58:
Then he broke them into pieces, except the large one of them, that haply they may return to it.
21/Al-Anbiya-59:
They said: “Who has done this to our gods? Most surely he is one of the wrong-doers”.
21/Al-Anbiya-60:
They said: “We heard a youth called Abraham speak of them”.
21/Al-Anbiya-61:
They said: “Then bring him before the eyes of the people, perhaps they may bear witness”.
21/Al-Anbiya-62:
They said: “Have you done this to our gods, Abraham”?
21/Al-Anbiya-63:
(Abraham) said: “Nay, this one, who is their chief has done it. Go ahead and ask them, if they (can) speak”.
21/Al-Anbiya-64:
So they turned to themselves and said: “Surely you yourselves are the wrong-doers”.
21/Al-Anbiya-65:
Then their heads were hang down (and they said to Abraham): “Certainly you know that they do not speak”.
21/Al-Anbiya-66:
(Abraham) said: “Do you still then serve besides Allah what does not bring you any benefit nor does it harm you at all”?
21/Al-Anbiya-67:
Fie on you and on what you worship besides Allah. Do you not then still use your intelligence”?
21/Al-Anbiya-68:
They said: “Burn him (Abraham) and help your gods, if you are going to do (anything)”.
21/Al-Anbiya-69:
We said: “O fire! Be cool and peaceful (safe) for Abraham”.
21/Al-Anbiya-70:
And they wished to snare him, but We caused them to fall into a greater Loss.
21/Al-Anbiya-71:
And We delivered him as well as Lot to the land which We had blessed within the worlds.
21/Al-Anbiya-72:
And We bestowed upon him Isaac and Jacob in addition and We made each of them Salihîn (the pure ones).
21/Al-Anbiya-73:
And We made them Imams (religious leaders) who deliver (people) to Hidayet (have the spirits reach Allah before death) by Our Command and We revealed to them the doing of good deeds and the keeping up of the Prayer and the giving of the alms (Az-zakat) and to Us did they become servants.
21/Al-Anbiya-74:
And to Lot We gave Wisdom and Knowledge and We delivered him from the country which practiced abominations. Surely they were a transgressing evil people.
21/Al-Anbiya-75:
And We made him enter into Our Mercy. Surely he is of the Sâlihîn (the pure ones).
21/Al-Anbiya-76:
And Noah (Nûh) had cried (prayed) aforetime. So We answered him, and delivered him and his followers from a great distress.
21/Al-Anbiya-77:
And We helped him against a people who belied Our Verses. Surely they became an evil people, so We drowned them all.
21/Al-Anbiya-78:
And David and Solomon were giving judgment concerning the field when the people’s sheep pastured (without a shepherd) therein by night, and We were Bearer of Witness to their judgment.
21/Al-Anbiya-79:
So We made Solomon (Sulaiman) to understand it (the judgment) and to each one We gave Wisdom and Knowledge. And We subjected the mountains and the birds glorifying (in order that they should glorify) along with David (Davûd). And We were the Doer (of all these things).
21/Al-Anbiya-80:
And We taught him the making of coats (armory) for you, that you might protect you during your battles. Then, are you the ones who are grateful?
21/Al-Anbiya-81:
And for Solomon was the wind blowing violent. It flowed by His Command towards the land which We had blessed, and We are the All-Knowing of all things.
21/Al-Anbiya-82:
And of the satans there were those who dived for him in the seas and did other work besides that (too). And it was We Who guarded them (in his command).
21/Al-Anbiya-83:
And Job had cried to his Lord: “Verily an harm has touched me, and you are the Most Merciful of the merciful”.
21/Al-Anbiya-84:
Therefore We accepted his invocation and took of what was on him of the harm (we cured his disease). And We gave him his family and the like of them with them as a Mercy from Us and a reminder for the servants.
21/Al-Anbiya-85:
And Ismael, and Enoch (Idris) and Isaiah (Dhu’l Kifl); all were of the Sâbirîn (patient ones).
21/Al-Anbiya-86:
And We caused them to enter into Our Mercy. Surely they are of the Sâlihîn (pure ones).
21/Al-Anbiya-87:
And Zennûn (Jonah), he had gone away in wrath, so he deemed that We had no power (domination) over him. Then he called out in the darkness (saying): “There is no god but you, glory be to You. Surely I have been of the wrongdoers”!
21/Al-Anbiya-88:
So We responded to him (We accepted his supplication) and We delivered him from the distress, and this is how do We deliver the believers.
21/Al-Anbiya-89:
And Zachariah had cried to his Lord (saying): “My Lord! Do not leave me alone. And You are the Best of the inheritors”.
21/Al-Anbiya-90:
So We responded to him (We accepted his prayer) and We bestowed upon him Yahya (John) and improved his wife for him too (We brought her to a state to give birth to a child). They used to vie with one another in good deeds and to call upon Us, hoping (loving) and fearing and they were in reverence towards Us.
21/Al-Anbiya-91:
And she (Mary) guarded her chastity. So We breathed into her of Our Spirit and made her and her son a Sign for the Worlds.
21/Al-Anbiya-92:
Surely this your community (your religion) is one community (one religion). And I am your Lord, therefore become servants to Me.
21/Al-Anbiya-93:
And they have broken their commands (affairs) between them (they divided into sects), they all shall return to Us.
21/Al-Anbiya-94:
Therefore whoever does of the improving deeds (the soul’s cleansing) while he is a believer, then his efforts (degrees he gained) do not get covered (diminished, vanished), and surely We write them down for him.
21/Al-Anbiya-95:
And there is prohibition (it is impossible) upon the people of a city which We have destroyed that they will ever return (be brought to life again).
21/Al-Anbiya-96:
At last when (the barriers of) Ya’Juj Ma’Juj (Gog and Magog) are let loose, they swoop down from every mound.
21/Al-Anbiya-97:
And the true promise has drawn near. Then the eyes of the disbelievers will fixedly stare (in terror) (saying): “Woe to us! We were indeed heedless of this. We truly were wrong-doers (we wronged ourselves)”.
21/Al-Anbiya-98:
Surely you and what you worship besides Allah are the fuel (the firewood) of Hell. You are the ones who will enter it.
21/Al-Anbiya-99:
If these had been true gods, they would not have entered to it (hell) and all shall abide in it forever.
21/Al-Anbiya-100:
They shall be groaning therein (with pain). And therein they shall not hear (anything).
21/Al-Anbiya-101:
Surely those for whom the good (beautiful notions) has already gone forth (written down) from Us, they shall be kept far off from it (Hell).
21/Al-Anbiya-102:
They will not hear its (hell’s) rustle, and they shall abide in what they desired forever.
21/Al-Anbiya-103:
The greatest terror will not grieve them, and the angels will greet them (and say): “This is your Day which you were promised”.
21/Al-Anbiya-104:
On that Day We shall roll up the sky like the rolling up of the scroll for writings. As We started to originate it the first time, We shall return (restore) it to its former state. (This is) a promise binding upon Us. Surely We shall be the Doer (of this).
21/Al-Anbiya-105:
And certainly We have written in the Zabur (Psalms) after the Reminder (Torah) that Our Sâlihûn (pure) servants shall inherit the earth.
21/Al-Anbiya-106:
Most surely in this is a message for a people who are Abid (servants to Allah).
21/Al-Anbiya-107:
And We have not sent you but as a Mercy for the Worlds.
21/Al-Anbiya-108:
Say: “It is revealed to me that your God is only one God”. So are you the Muslims (surrendered to Allah)?
21/Al-Anbiya-109:
After this if they turn back, say: “I have proclaimed to you (objectively) equally (the commands of Allah). Only if I knew whether what you are promised (the torment) is near or far (I do not know).
21/Al-Anbiya-110:
Surely He knows what is spoken openly and He knows what you conceal.
21/Al-Anbiya-111:
If I know (I do not know), it (that postponement) may be a trial for you and a provision till a time.
21/Al-Anbiya-112:
He said: “My Lord! Judge with the truth! And our Lord is The Most Beneficent (Allah) whose Help is sought against what you describe (mistakenly)”.
