إِذْ تَمْشِي أُخْتُكَ فَتَقُولُ هَلْ أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَى مَن يَكْفُلُهُ فَرَجَعْنَاكَ إِلَى أُمِّكَ كَيْ تَقَرَّ عَيْنُهَا وَلَا تَحْزَنَ وَقَتَلْتَ نَفْسًا فَنَجَّيْنَاكَ مِنَ الْغَمِّ وَفَتَنَّاكَ فُتُونًا فَلَبِثْتَ سِنِينَ فِي أَهْلِ مَدْيَنَ ثُمَّ جِئْتَ عَلَى قَدَرٍ يَا مُوسَى
English Transliteration: Iz tamshee uhtuka fa takoolu hal adullukum aalea man yakfuluh(yakfuluhu), fa racaa’neaka ilea ummika kay taakaarra aaynuhea va lea taahzan(taahzana), va kaatalta nafsan fa naccayneaka minal gaammi va fatanneaka futoonea(futoonan), fa labista sineena fee ahli madyana summa ci’ta aalea kaadarin yea moosea.
Your sister was walking (following you) and saying (to them when they took you into the Palace): “Shall I direct you to (help you find) one who will take charge of him (nurse him and take care of him)”? So We brought you back to your mother, that her eye might be cooled (she would be content) and she should not grieve. And you had killed someone. Then We had delivered you from the grief (distress) and We tried you with various trials. Then you stayed for years among the people of Madyan. Then you came here as your destiny (within the decreed time), O Moses!
