فَإِن طَلَّقَهَا فَلاَ تَحِلُّ لَهُ مِن بَعْدُ حَتَّىَ تَنكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ فَإِن طَلَّقَهَا فَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا أَن يَتَرَاجَعَا إِن ظَنَّا أَن يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللّهِ وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللّهِ يُبَيِّنُهَا لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ
English Transliteration: Fa in taallaakaahea fa lea taahıllu lahu min baa’du haattea tankihaa zavcan gaayraah(gaayraahu), fa in taallaakaahea fa lea cuneahaa aalayhimea an yatareacaea in zaannea an yukeemea hudoodaalleah(hudoodaalleahi), va tilka hudoodulleahi yubayyinuhea li kaavmin yaa’lamoon(yaa’lamoona).
And if he divorces her (for the third time after he has divorced her for the second time), then she is not lawful unto him thereafter until she has married another husband (and then she became free from that marriage too). Then, if the other husband divorces her, it is no sin (blame) on both of them if they return to each other (by marriage), provided they feel that they can keep up the limits of Allah, and these are the limits of Allah, which He makes plain for a people who know.
