أَلا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ الْمُفْسِدُونَ وَلَكِن لاَّ يَشْعُرُونَ
English Transliteration: A lea innahum humul mufsidoona va leakin lea yash’uroon(yash’uroona).
Now surely they themselves are the mischief makers, but they do not perceive (it), do they?
