وَلَمَّا جَاءهُمْ رَسُولٌ مِّنْ عِندِ اللّهِ مُصَدِّقٌ لِّمَا مَعَهُمْ نَبَذَ فَرِيقٌ مِّنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ الْكِتَابَ كِتَابَ اللّهِ وَرَاء ظُهُورِهِمْ كَأَنَّهُمْ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ
English Transliteration: Va lammea ceaahum rasoolun min indilleahi musaaddikun limea maaahum nabaza fareekun minallazeena ootool kiteab(kiteaba), kiteabaalleahi vareaa zuhoorihim ka annahum lea yaa’lamoon(yaa’lamoona).
And whenever a Messenger came to them from Allah, confirming what was with them, a party of those who were given the Book (the Scripture) threw away the Book of Allah behind their backs as if they did not know.
