« Verse-33 »
وَلاَ تَقْتُلُواْ النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللّهُ إِلاَّ بِالحَقِّ وَمَن قُتِلَ مَظْلُومًا فَقَدْ جَعَلْنَا لِوَلِيِّهِ سُلْطَانًا فَلاَ يُسْرِف فِّي الْقَتْلِ إِنَّهُ كَانَ مَنْصُورًا
English Transliteration: Va lea taaktuloon nafsallatee haarramaalleahu illea bil haakk(haakkı), va man kutila maazlooman fa kaad caaalnea li valiyyihee sulteanan fa lea yusrif feel kaatl(kaatli), innahu keana mansoorea(mansooraan).
And do not kill any soul (a person) whom Allah has forbidden, except for a just cause! Whoever is killed wrongfully (unjustly), We have indeed given to his heir the authority. So he should not exceed the just limits in killing. Surely he is aided.
