إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ لَهُ سُلْطَانٌ عَلَى الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَعَلَى رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ
English Transliteration: Innahu laysa lahu sulteanun aaleallazeena eamanoo va aalea raabbihim yatavakkaloon(yatavakkaloona).
Because he has no authority over those who believe (are âmenû, who whish to reach Allah before death) and put their trust in their Lord.
