إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَاتَّبَعُواْ أَمْرَ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَا أَمْرُ فِرْعَوْنَ بِرَشِيدٍ
English Transliteration: Ilea fir’aavna va maleaihee fattabaoo amra fir’aavn(fir’aavna), va mea amru fir’aavna bi rasheed(rasheedin).
To Pharaoh and his elites (We sent Moses - per previous verse), but they followed the command of Pharaoh. And the command of Pharaoh was not right-directing to Irshad (the immaterial maturity).
