« Verse-22 »
هُوَ الَّذِي يُسَيِّرُكُمْ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ حَتَّى إِذَا كُنتُمْ فِي الْفُلْكِ وَجَرَيْنَ بِهِم بِرِيحٍ طَيِّبَةٍ وَفَرِحُواْ بِهَا جَاءتْهَا رِيحٌ عَاصِفٌ وَجَاءهُمُ الْمَوْجُ مِن كُلِّ مَكَانٍ وَظَنُّواْ أَنَّهُمْ أُحِيطَ بِهِمْ دَعَوُاْ اللّهَ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ الدِّينَ لَئِنْ أَنجَيْتَنَا مِنْ هَذِهِ لَنَكُونَنِّ مِنَ الشَّاكِرِينَ
English Transliteration: Huvallazee yusayyirukum feel barri val baahr(baahri), haattea izea kuntum feel fulki, va carayna bihim bi reehin taayyibatin va farihoo bihea ceaathea reehun easifun va ceaahumul mavcu min kulli makeanin va zaannoo annahum uheetaa bihim daaavoolleaha muhliseena lahud deen(deena), la in ancaytanea min heazihee la nakoonanna minash sheakireen(sheakireena).
He it is Who makes you travel by land and sea. Even you were in the ships, and they were sailing on with them in a pleasant breeze. And they rejoiced in it. A violent wind overtook them and the billows surged in on them from all sides. They assumed that they were encompassed about. They invoked Allah making their religion pure for Him Alone: “If You deliver us from this, we shall truly be of the grateful ones”.
