7/Al-A'raf-105: What is true (righteous) is that I should say nothing about Allah except the truth. I have come to you indeed with clear proof (miracle) from your Lord; therefore send with me the Children of Israel.
7/Al-A'raf-106: (Pharaoh) said: “If you have come with a Sign (miracle), then bring it, if you are of the truthful ones”.
7/Al-A'raf-107: So (Moses) threw his staff, and suddenly it was a serpent (dragon), manifest!
7/Al-A'raf-108: And when he drew forth his hand (from his bosom) it was white for the beholders.
7/Al-A'raf-109: The eminent of Pharaoh’s people said: “Most surely this is a well-versed (learned) sorcerer”.
7/Al-A'raf-110: (Pharaoh asked the eminent of his people about Moses:) “He wants to get you out of your land, so what do you say (advise)”?
7/Al-A'raf-111: They said: “Put him off and his brother, and send collectors into the cities”.
7/Al-A'raf-113: And so all the sorcerers came to Pharaoh (and) said: “We must surely have a reward if we are the victors”.
7/Al-A'raf-114: (Pharaoh) said: “Yes, and you shall certainly be of those brought near (to me)”.
7/Al-A'raf-115: They said: “O Moses! Will you cast, or shall we be the first to cast”?
7/Al-A'raf-116: (Moses) said: “Cast! So when they cast, they bewitched the eyes of the people and overawed them, and they produced a mighty magic”.
7/Al-A'raf-117: And We revealed to Moses, to Cast his staff. When he cast it swallowed up all the falsehood which they faked!
7/Al-A'raf-118: Thus was the truth vindicated and what they did was made vain.
