26/Ash-Shu'ara-20: Moses said: “I did it then, when I was of those who were in misguidance.
26/Ash-Shu'ara-21: Then I fled from you as I feared you, but my Lord has granted me wisdom and has made me of the Messengers.
26/Ash-Shu'ara-22: And the favor with which you reproach me is that you have enslaved the Children of Israel.
26/Ash-Shu'ara-24: (Moses) said: “The Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, if you believe by obtaining certainty”.
26/Ash-Shu'ara-27: (Pharaoh) said: “Most surely your Messenger who has been sent to you is truly mad (insane)”.
26/Ash-Shu'ara-28: (Moses) said: “The Lord of the east and the west and all that is between them, if you use your mind”.
26/Ash-Shu'ara-29: (Pharaoh) said: “If you take a god besides me, I will most certainly make you one of the imprisoned”.
26/Ash-Shu'ara-32: So Moses flung down his staff and behold! It became an obvious serpent.
26/Ash-Shu'ara-33: And he drew forth his hand, and behold! It was white (radiant) to the onlookers.
26/Ash-Shu'ara-34: (Pharaoh) said to the elites around him: “Most surely this is indeed a well-versed sorcerer”.
26/Ash-Shu'ara-35: He wants to drive you out of your land with his magic. What is it then that you command?
26/Ash-Shu'ara-36: They said: “Put him off and his brother, and send into the cities gatherers”.
26/Ash-Shu'ara-38: So the magicians were gathered together at the appointed time on a fixed day.
