9/At-Tawbah-27: Then after that, Allah accepts the repentance of whom He wills. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving (the One who converts evil deeds into merits), Most Merciful (the One who sends down the light of Mercy).
9/At-Tawbah-28: O you who believe (who wish to reach Allah before death)! The associators are nothing but filth (impure). Let them not approach Mescid-i Haram (the Sacred Mosque) after this year. If you fear poverty, Allah will enrich you if He wills, out of His Virtue. Surely, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
9/At-Tawbah-29: Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day (in reaching Allah before death) and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful and who do not adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the Scripture until they give the Jizyah (tax) willingly while they are humbled.
9/At-Tawbah-30: And the Jews said: “Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allah”, and the Christians said: “Messiah is the son of Allah”. The words of their mouths imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before. May Allah destroy them. How they are turned away!
9/At-Tawbah-31: They have taken their Ahbar (Jewish clergy) and their Ruhban (priests) for lords besides Allah and (also) the Messiah, son of Mary. They were enjoined that they should be the servants to one God only. There is no god but He. Far from His Glory be what they associate (with Him).
